- Carpet cleaning ($99 per 2 rooms, $25 for stairs)
- Pressure washing (Residential starting rate of $250 per 4 hours)

Effective Jan 1st, 2022, all appointments will require a non refundable 25 deposit. If a cancellation is within 24 hours or less, we will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee. If appointment is kept, this 25 will go to your overall balance."
